Job Descriptions:
- Prepare project tender cost estimates (RAB) based on drawings and the Bill of Quantity (BQ).
- Conduct unit price analysis and prepare price proposals.
- Manage the entire tender process from start to finish.
- Understand mechanical and electrical technical specifications and drawings.
- Perform Vendor Final Account reviews for MEP.
- Review Tender BQ for MEP drawings.

- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Honest, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and possessing strong communication skills.
- Skilled in reading construction drawings.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
