Estimator Officer

Job Description

1. Prepare BQ based on design drawings, tenders and work drawings
2. Prepare unit price analysis for management (RAB + RAP)
3. Estimated cost budget report to management
4. Update vendor and supplier data at any time in order to provide a competent and effective subcontractor for each running project
5. Ensure the raised PO is under budget
6. Prepare Purchase Orders and keep updating progress reports

Requirements:

Additional Requirements

• Male max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Interior Design with Minimal 2 years experience in relation field
• Having knowledge about MS Office, and AutoCAD
• Highly motivated, high attention to detail, and able to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
