Estimator / QS (Interior & Civil)
Job Description
- Prepare Bills of Quantity (BoQ), Work Budget Plans (RAB), Unit Price Analysis, and Quotations for project tender requirements.
- Create and compile tender documents (e.g., Time Schedules, Work Methods, etc.).
- Present to and negotiate with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with material prices, labor costs, and equipment rates.
- Update vendor and supplier data regularly to ensure competent and effective subcontractors.
- Coordinate with related divisions to meet material and cost requirements.
- Work closely with subcontractors to monitor work volume and progress.

Additional Requirements
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- At least 2 years of experience as an estimator for civil and interior works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
