Head Engineer HVAC and Test Commisioning
Job Description
- Lead and manage the HVAC and T&C engineering teams, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure the team’s activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement T&C plans for HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Conduct and oversee testing procedures, documenting results and addressing any deficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and technicians.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering and commissioning.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design principles, load calculations, and system commissioning.
- Proficiency in HVAC software tools and applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
