Job Description

Project coordinator handles administrative tasks to keep the project running smoothly. In Rajawali, this position also includes tasks such as:

  1. Coordinate all the projects that you will be working on.
  2. Assist with the planning, budget coordination, overseeing, and documentation of assigned projects.
  3. Perform site survey, drawing & arranging installation works
  4. Liaise with clients/subcontractors/suppliers
  5. Liaising with Commercial Building owners for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installation works
  6. Assist project managers in project implementation
  7. Supervise the site progress, including attending meetings and discussion
  8. Ensure service delivery
  9. Ensure timely submission of reports for completed project
  10. Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Career Level Qualification
Staff Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (Specializing in Civil/Engineering/Construction would be an advantage)
Years of Experience Career Type
Full-time

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in the pump, HVAC installation, and electrical works would be an advantage
  • Advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
