Job Description
- Procure imported goods based on company needs.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) for imports.
- Handle export-import documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Prepare PIB, PEB and PO forecasts for procurement planning.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams on stock and material requirements.
- Manage purchasing administration and generate procurement reports.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of export-import procedures and customs regulations.
- Understanding of customs clearance processes.
- Experience using ERP systems for purchasing.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English (written & spoken).
