Job Description

  1. Procure imported goods based on company needs.
  2. Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) for imports.
  3. Handle export-import documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  4. Prepare PIB, PEB and PO forecasts for procurement planning.
  5. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
  6. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.
  7. Monitor shipments and resolve any issues.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams on stock and material requirements.
  9. Manage purchasing administration and generate procurement reports.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of export-import procedures and customs regulations.
  • Understanding of customs clearance processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems for purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English (written & spoken).
