Sales Engineer (Panel, Electrical)
Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for our range of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing technical solutions and product support.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to promote the right products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and senior management.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Technical understanding of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
