Job Description

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for our range of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing technical solutions and product support.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements to promote the right products and solutions.
  4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  7. Keep abreast of latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  8. Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  9. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and senior management.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Technical understanding of low voltage electrical panels and DC power supply systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
